In the south-central part of Brampton, you’ll find the quiet neighbourhood of Brampton East Industrial. Separated from Brampton West Industrial by Highway 410, this neighbourhood is a primarily industrial and commercial area with small residential pockets.

It is an excellent location for singles or small families looking for somewhere affordable and accessible to daily essentials. Grocery shopping and other amenities are close by and easy to walk to.

Due to the industrial nature of the neighbourhood’s environment, there are no parks within its boundaries. Fortunately, like much of Brampton, there is no shortage of nearby parks to explore.

Northwest of the neighbourhood, you’ll find the scenic Centennial Park, which features many recreational amenities and a children’s playground. Meadowlake Park is also close by, with a trail that meanders north to south on the west side of the neighbourhood.

For recreation, Peel Village Golf Course and Brampton Golf Club are both just a short distance away. You can also explore the Aerosports Trampoline Park at 100 Westcreek Boulevard. This indoor playground is a popular destination for families.
