Architecture

This is a commercial area with few homes available for purchase. Most of the buildings here are either corporate offices or stores like Costco and the Four Seasons Garden Centre. There are, however, some apartments and condominiums for rent, mostly built in the 2000s. One of the largest buildings in Woodbridge Industry Park is the Sobeys Distribution Centre, a vast warehouse. The borders of Woodbridge Industry Park are marked by Highway 427 on the east, Highway 7 to the south, Highway 73 on the north side, and Highway 50 on the west.  Along with manufacturing plants, warehouses, and corporate offices, there is also farmland in this area.
