I assist clients in their homebuying journey. I spending most of my time guiding and advocating for our clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process, which includes conducting market research, analyzing property values, and providing clients with accurate pricing recommendations. In addition, I arrange property showings, negotiate offers and counteroffers, and handle all the paperwork involved in closing deals and do everything possible to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
After working as a paralegal, then as a lender for a bank, I wanted the opportunity to grow while using the skills I had learned in my previous roles. I was looking for something more dynamic and real estate seemed like the best fit. Now Iām in an industry where Iām always learning and growing.Ā
I love working with different personalities and overcoming new challenges. Every day is different and I never know what to expect, so Iām always switching gears. The fact that Wahi is a technology-based company has given me so much insight into the industry that I wouldnāt have had otherwise. Itās exciting to be a part of something on the leading edge.
