I spending most of my time guiding and advocating for our clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process, which includes conducting market research, analyzing property values, and providing clients with accurate pricing recommendations. In addition, I arrange property showings, negotiate offers and counteroffers, and handle all the paperwork involved in closing deals and do everything possible to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. 2. How and why did you get into your industry? After working as a paralegal, then as a lender for a bank, I wanted the opportunity to grow while using the skills I had learned in my previous roles. I was looking for something more dynamic and real estate seemed like the best fit. Now I’m in an industry where I’m always learning and growing. 3. What do you love most about your job? I love working with different personalities and overcoming new challenges. Every day is different and I never know what to expect, so I’m always switching gears. The fact that Wahi is a technology-based company has given me so much insight into the industry that I wouldn’t have had otherwise. It’s exciting to be a part of something on the leading edge. 4. What does your day look like? Each day starts with reading emails and messages, and responding as needed. From there, anything can happen, but on a typical day I’m writing and negotiating offers, organizing showings, and having conversations with our clients about their real estate journey. post popup button 5.
