Real Estate 101 Industry REALTOR® Spotlight: Jack Dyer REALTOR® Spotlight: Jack Dyer Wahi Partner Realtor Jack Dyer talks about his experience getting matched with clients through digital real estate platform Wahi. By Kristin Doucet | 1 minute read Aug 15 Meet Jack Dyer, a Wahi Partner Realtor with 35 years of experience serving clients in the Cambridge and Kitchener-Waterloo area. What do you love most about your job? I really enjoy the relationships I develop while working closely with clients in a real estate transaction. Helping buyers and sellers navigate a successful purchase or sale can be a very intense process. The time you spend meeting in person and talking on the phone/texting really allows you to get to know your clients. I’ve developed many long-term friendships with individuals whom I originally met as homebuyers and sellers. Tell us about your experience getting matched with a client through Wahi. My first client match was excellent. They were buyers, new to Canada, looking for their first home. After their names and contact details were shared with me, I reached out and heard back from them almost immediately. We hit it off and the rest is history (they moved into their first home in Cambridge at the end of July). How easy was it to get matched with your client? It was super easy getting matched. A couple of emails back and forth and we were off and running. post popup button Is there anything you would like to add? I love that Wahi has chosen to work with Realtors based on their research into the quality of that agent’s quality of work, as opposed to more commonly used criteria such as sales or advertising activity. I am a firm believer that choosing a real estate agent based on them having the greatest number of transactions does not necessarily make that individual the best choice. It’s the level of service and quality of representation provided to each and every client that defines the value of a Realtor.
