Most Expensive Condos Sold

This fully renovated upper penthouse suite took first place for most expensive condo sold in the region. With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city of Waterloo, modern kitchen and private rooftop terrace, it’s no surprise this property sold for 43K above ask.
