5 GTA Homes With Olympic-Level Amenities
Pools, sports courts, private fitness centres, golf simulators — these Greater Toronto Area homes have got everything an Olympic athlete could want and more.

The property at 108 Sandringham Dr. in Toronto is an ideal venue for hosting a variety of land and water sports.
Toronto has never hosted the Olympic games.
Not that it hasn’t tried.
The city has made five unsuccessful bids, coming closest in its efforts to host the 2008 Olympics, which ultimately landed in Beijing.
That time, Toronto was runner-up.
Though Hogtown hasn’t proven its Olympic pedigree, the city has no shortage of world-class sporting amenities.
Major venues such as the Rogers Centre (it will always be SkyDome to us), Scotiabank Arena, or BMO Field may come to mind. But the concentration of wealth in Toronto means there are some private residences with world-class sports facilities of their own.
Given the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics are set to begin this week — the opening ceremony takes place on July 26 — we decided to scan the Wahi listings for GTA homes with epic Olympic-level amenities.
So let the games begin, and keep scrolling to see what we found.
1. A Sporting Shrine
Listing Address: 413 Lytton Blvd., Toronto
Price: $11,990,000
Clearly, this property is home to a sports fanatic. Framed jerseys and memorabilia hang in the roughly 5,000-square-foot mansion’s office. There are multiple football-themed bedspreads on display. And even the pool table is adorned with a Kansas City Chiefs logo.
Beyond the red-felt pool table and bar area, there’s a literal pool and whirlpool set in a room with soaring double-height ceilings, resort-style cabana, and loungers. (Elsewhere, there’s also an entire room dedicated to a golf-simulator, as well as a full gym.)
And, in the backyard, a versatile sports court is ready for basketball, soccer, volleyball, or shuffleboard — take your pick.
2. An Urban Athlete’s World
Listing address: 108 Sandringham Dr., Toronto
Price: $14,998,000
Water sports or land sports — it’s all fair game at this early 12,000-square-foot north Toronto mansion.
There’s a salt-water pool for athletic aquatics, and a pool house with a wet bar for post-competition celebrations — or to drown your sorrows after a tough loss.
An outdoor sports court is an ideal venue to shoot some hoops or perhaps face off in a game of ball hockey (though the latter is not an Olympic sport today, could be in the future if the National Ball Hockey Association of Canada gets its way!).
Indoors, there’s a gym for keeping in peak physical condition alongside a second sports court for rainy days.
3. A Complete Olympic Compound
Listing address: 1099 Burnhamthorpe Rd., Oakville
Price: $2,999,900
Here’s a residential property so chock-full of sporting amenities that you could practically host a Summer Olympics on-site.
Situated on an entire acre of land in northern Oakville, this property has its own putting green, sand-filled volleyball court, and a separate, larger sports court.
The sports court has been designed to double as a hockey rink in the winter, and the listing photos suggest it has been put to good use.

4. The Olympian’s Off-Season Retreat
Listing address: 390 Sunset Beach Rd., Richmond Hill
Price: $7,488,000
Strong mental conditioning is just as important as physical conditioning. This modern lakefront home in the Toronto suburb of Richmond Hill has everything an athlete would need for both.
Nestled on a secluded and tranquil acre of waterfront land that offers private shoreline access to Lake Wilcox, it’s the perfect spot to recharge.
In the basement, the yoga studio should help you stay grounded and focused, while the gym will keep you in shape.
If you can’t seem to shake your competitive streak — or are just looking for some action after unwinding — there’s an indoor sports court, too.
5. World-Class Recreation
Listing address: 35 Parr Pl., Vaughan
Price: $10,888,000
This 10,000-square-foot mansion is nestled in a private gated community with full security, so high-profile residents — like, say, a professional athlete — can feel at ease. Swim some laps in the outdoor pool, then head deeper into the backyard, where there’s a full-sized fenced-in sports court.
The basement contains a wellness gym/dance studio with mirrored walls so you can work on your form. After pumping some iron, you can kick back back the movie room, which has proper theatre seating, or play some less physically demanding table sports, such as foosball or pool, in the well-equipped games room.
