What makes a home perfect for a couple? It depends on the couple, of course. Various factors weigh on a couple’s homebuying decisions, from location and price point, to architecture and amenities. One thing many couples seem to agree on, though, is the fact that purchasing a home can strengthen romantic bonds. In fact, according to Wahi’s recent 2024 Real Estate Romance Survey, one in three Canadians who bought a home with a partner say it actually improved their relationship.
