Where Luxury Homes Are Still Selling in the GTA

While overall luxury home sales have slowed across the Greater Toronto Area, new data from Wahi reveals that high-end buyers are still active in select pockets of the market.

TORONTO, ONT. — October 30, 2025 — According to Wahi’s latest analysis, sales of homes priced above $3 million fell about 15% year-over-year in Q3 2025, yet several prestigious neighbourhoods saw renewed activity.

The Toronto neighbourhoods of Yorkville, Ledbury Park, Lawrence Park, Forest Hill, Rosedale, the Beach and Willowdale, as well as West Oakville in Halton, all recorded increases in luxury sales compared to last year, suggesting that buyers with bigger budgets are returning to well-established, centrally located areas.

The City of Toronto accounted for 14 of the 22 GTA neighbourhoods with at least five luxury transactions last quarter. Yorkville stood out as the most expensive, with a median sale price of $6.25 million, while York Mills had the highest number of luxury sales at 18.
