The Fastest and Slowest GTA Neighbourhoods Right Now

TORONTO, ONT. —November 19, 2025 — New October data from digital real estate platform Wahi reveals striking contrasts in how quickly homes are selling across the Greater Toronto Area.

Homes in urban neighbourhoods like Runnymede, Riverdale, Birch Cliff, and Lambton Park are moving quickly, with median days on market ranging from 8 to 12 days and notable overbidding, such as Runnymede’s $174,500 over asking.

Suburban areas like Freeman (Burlington), Milton, and parts of North York, on the other hand, are seeing homes linger from 67 to 103 days, highlighting affordability pressures and commuting trade-offs.
