Condo living: Endangered spaces

When Sofia and David Nolan set out to buy their first condo in downtown Toronto, they assumed parking would be a given. They both had cars and worked at opposite ends of the city. But as they toured pre-construction sales centres, they were shocked to learn that parking would cost them as much as $80,000 if it was available at all.
