Houses in this waterfront Ontario neighbourhood are taking over 100 days to sell

A desirable neighbourhood in a picturesque (and still rapidly developing) part of one of the GTA’s biggest cities is seeing very slow sales activity, while another suburb just east of Toronto is seeing houses change hands in days.
