July home sales flat nationally, down in Toronto and tariff-exposed Hamilton

National home price growth was flat year-over-year in July as the condo slowdown in Toronto and Vancouver deepened and signs of cooling emerged in the single-family segment, while home prices in tariff-exposed Hamilton fell a substantial five per cent.
