Ryan Dyck, a Wahi Partner Realtor, has worked as a licensed Realtor for five years specializing in residential and multi-family real estate in the Niagara Region.

What do you love most about working as a REALTOR®?

What I love most is the opportunity to connect with people and help them navigate through significant life transitions. Building relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs and desires is incredibly rewarding. Whether it’s assisting a first-time homebuyer in finding their dream home or helping a family sell their property during challenging circumstances, being a part of these moments is fulfilling. 

Additionally, the dynamic nature of real estate means each day brings new challenges and opportunities, allowing me to continually learn and grow both personally and professionally. The satisfaction of successfully guiding clients through difficult situations and seeing the joy on their faces when they achieve their goals is what truly drives me.

How did you become a Wahi Partner Realtor?

[The process was] very simple and straightforward. Wahi reached out to me to ask if I would be a Realtor Partner in their program. After doing my own research it seemed like a no brainer, so I jumped right in.

What steps were involved to become a Wahi Partner Realtor?

Wahi contacted me by phone and then emailed a package for me to review. Once I decided it was a good fit, I simply signed the forms and started receiving qualified leads. It was very easy, straightforward, and had no upfront cost.

Did the process save you time? Money?

The process Wahi uses is world class. The leads they provide are pre-screened, which saves me considerable time once I receive a lead. Additionally, their staff is professional, courteous, and always available should I have any questions or need anything. Joining Wahi was one of the easiest and best decisions I have made since becoming a Realtor.
