Marc Wener, a Wahi Partner Realtor, has worked as a licensed Realtor for 20 years in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

What do you love most about working as a REALTOR®?

What I love most about being a Realtor is finding the solutions to people’s real estate problems. No two sales are alike. You have to be quick on your feet and utilize all the resources you have been able to accumulate over the years. That takes a network of lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors and so on. Our clients rely on us, and sometimes they don’t even [realize] there was an issue when handled properly.

Tell us about your experience working with Wahi.

Working with Wahi has been amazing since day 1. So many people try to work with Realtors and can’t deliver on what they [promise]. Everyone I’ve met through Wahi has been a pleasure to work with — from their team to the clients I have met.

What steps were involved to become a Wahi Partner Realtor? 

Becoming a Wahi partner was easy. [It involves] being a top representative in your market area and signing an agreement between both parties.

Did the process save you time? 

The process does save time in that Wahi introduces me to people that have shared their criteria and are ready to work with their matched Realtor.
