Lawrence Park, Old Toronto With a median sold price of $4,500,000, Lawrence Park ranks as the GTA’s most expensive neighbourhood in March by a wide margin. Known for its estate-style homes, affluent character, and proximity to top private schools, it continues to attract high-net-worth buyers seeking space and exclusivity in central Toronto. 2. Kingsway South, Etobicoke Kingsway South once again takes second spot, with the median sold price in this neighbourhood surpassing the $3 million mark. Its blend of historic charm, large detached homes, and walkable amenities along Bloor Street West makes it one of the most desirable west-end neighbourhoods. 3. Eastlake, Oakville No stranger to the top-5 most expensive neighbourhoods, Eastlake remains Oakville’s top luxury market in March with a median sold price of $2,844,000. Queen Street Corridor, Brampton Posting a median sold price of just below $400,000, Queen Street Corridor kept its first-place position as the most affordable neighbourhood in the GTA this March. Pine Valley Business Park, Vaughan Pine Valley Business Park takes the second spot with a median sold price of $457,500 and continues to offer lower-priced options compared to surrounding Vaughan neighbourhoods. York University Heights, North York York University Heights appears in the top five this month, driven by its concentration of condo units and student-oriented housing.
