Eastlake, Oakville Eastlake tops the list as the most expensive neighbourhood in the GTA with a median sold price of $2,458,000. Located along Lake Ontario just east of downtown Oakville, the area is known for its luxury waterfront homes, quiet residential streets, and access to highly rated schools. Eastlake attracts affluent buyers seeking large detached homes and proximity to parks and the lakefront. The neighbourhood has also consistently ranked among the GTA’s most underbid areas, reflecting the premium price points typical of luxury markets. 2. Kingsway South, Etobicoke With a median sold price of $2,298,000, Kingsway South is one of Toronto’s most established upscale neighbourhoods. The area is known for its stately homes, tree-lined streets, and village-style retail district along Bloor Street West. Many properties feature classic Tudor architecture alongside modern rebuilds, making the neighbourhood popular with affluent families who want suburban charm with easy access to downtown Toronto. 3.
