First, this Toronto community has a rich, multicultural history. Even today, it is home to significant Portuguese, Italian, and Latin American populations, meaning you will hear all sorts of languages when walking down the street and have access to a variety of international cuisines. Despite its long history, the neighbourhood boasts a mix of modern-day amenities. Further, considered to be part of Midtown Toronto, the area is located close to many of the city’s biggest attractions, including Casa Loma (North America’s only true castle) and Wychwood Barns.
