Julian Hyams, a Wahi Partner Realtor, has worked as a licensed Realtor for five years, serving clients in Barrhaven, Kanata, and Downtown Ottawa.

What do you love most about working as a REALTOR®?

My favourite part about being a Realtor is the challenge [that comes with the role]. To be a successful agent, you have to constantly strategize, calculate and adapt to the challenges ahead of you. It’s a very broad job that involves many activities and, above all else, [it offers a lot of] freedom as far as employment goes. It’s constantly fresh, new and exciting.

Tell us about your experience working with Wahi.

My experience with Wahi has been incredible. Their team is brilliant, responsive and very straightforward. They immediately respond to my questions, give me support and go out of their way to make the client’s experience better and easier.

What steps were involved to become a Wahi Partner Realtor? 

Wahi approached me about becoming a preferred partner. I was honoured and accepted quite willingly. The screening process and the explanation of how Wahi’s processes [was straight forward].

Did the process save you time? Money?

The process saved me tons of time. Rather than hunting for my own leads, Wahi has provided me with some of the best leads and relationships I have had yet as a Realtor.

Is there anything you’d like to add?

There are several referral companies out there that promise you leads and business, but Wahi actually delivers. They go out of their way to [to maintain a] high level of quality and experience.
