You can own Unit 44, a three-season turnkey cottage, and have a share in the Bigstone Lodge corporation, and have access to unlimited fishing and adventures on Lake of the Woods. This is one of the most private spots at Bigstone Lodge with amazing views to the south, and you can sit on your deck and watch the sailboats come and go from Northern Harbour. Enjoy the sand beach and have access to the main lodge if you would like to book it for a large gathering. With your own dedicated boat slip and an on-site boat launch, you are set to enjoy the lake. The cottage is 970 sq. ft., with 3 bedrooms and beautiful pine finishes, and a Napoleon fireplace for chilly evenings. It is built on top of a garage/workshop/storage area with a door height in the garage of approximately 75 inches for you to store your toys. $1,600 annual fees for 2026. Taxes $451 in 2025. Roof redone in 2021. Minisplit A/C was installed in 2022. A lake-drawn water system is shared with one cottage.
