Historic Fish Shed in Herring Cove! This is a unique Waterfront Property with Deep Roots in Maritime Heritage! Step into a piece of history with this 150-year-old fish shed located in the heart of the vibrant fishing community of Herring Cove. Rich in character and maritime charm, this property offers a rare opportunity to own a slice of Nova Scotia’s coastal legacy. The F1 Zoning allows for various residential, fishing and commercial uses if so desired. While the shed does not have water or sewer, municipal services may become available to the lot when Phase 2B of extending water and sewer to Herring Cove begins but there is currently no time line available for that to begin. Imagine walking out your door and going down the stairs to your private dock where your boat is tied up. You can sit on your dock and enjoy a beverage sitting beside the water or climb on board your boat and head out of the cove for some fishing, touring or even diving, the possibilities are endless. There is a boat slip to the left of the fish shed and to the left of that there is a place to pull your dock out of the water for the winter if so desired. Don’t miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of Nova Scotia’s coastal history. Whether you’re an admirer of heritage properties or a lover of maritime living, this fish shed is ready for new owners. Schedule your viewing today!
