Moore Park recorded the GTA\u2019s highest median sold price between January and June, at $3.2 million. The Old Toronto neighbourhood is known for large detached homes, tree-lined streets and its proximity to the Moore Park and Vale of Avoca ravines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nearby Lawrence Park followed closely, with a median price of $3.1 million. Its winding residential streets, greenery, large homes and access to schools and the shops and services along Yonge Street have long made it one of Toronto\u2019s most sought-after communities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Oakville claimed the next two spots. Southwest Oakville posted a median sold price of $2.7 million.
