For example, condo prices were down sharply in several neighbourhoods on the Kitchener line, led by Malton, where the median price ($503,000) plunged by 26%.<br \/><\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The pocket of North York surrounding Oriole GO Station, on the Richmond Hill line, has the highest median single-family home price ($2,150,000). The priciest GO Station for condos was Port Credit, in Mississauga, at a median price of $771,500. <\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most affordable single-family homes on the entire GO rail network were found at the end of the Lakeshore West line. In the Niagara Falls neighbourhood of Elgin, which is home to the line\u2019s final stop, the median price of a single-family house was $437,500 in 2025, a 12% decrease from 2024. That is <\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kitchener\u2019s city centre was tops for condo affordability. There, the median price of a condo was $372,500, down 11% from the previous year.<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The median single-family home price at approximately 36 of the 65 GO stations analyzed was less than the GTA-wide median for 2025 ($1,100,000).<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The median condo price was below the GTA\u2019s median ($615,000) at 34 of the GO stations included in the study.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s a line-by-line breakdown of the most and least expensive home prices near stations on all seven of the GO rail routes that link up with the GTA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Lakeshore West\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>The Lakeshore West line, which runs from downtown Toronto out to Niagara, boasts the highest ridership of any rail route in the GO system at 17.7 million annually.
