The deeper drop at the national level is at least partly a function of more widespread regional price reductions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every month, in addition to the national RPS-Wahi House Price Index, 13 major metro areas are analyzed, and, notably, a sixth major market entered negative territory in March.
