The area remains a draw for buyers who want more space without giving up proximity to urban amenities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To the east, Brampton East, Brampton, and Coates, Whitby both ranked second, with properties in both neighbourhoods selling in an average of 10 days. These family-friendly areas had median sold prices of $762,500 and $896,000, respectively, and continue to attract buyers looking for more affordable options with amenities outside of Toronto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fourth fastest-selling GTA neighbourhood, Nelson, Scarborough, saw homes sell in an average of 13 days at a median price of $1,070,000.
