Known for sprawling estates, proximity to Lake Ontario, and prestigious schools, Eastlake has been one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/wahi.com\/ca\/en\/learning-centre\/real-estate-101\/buy\/gta-real-estate-most-underbid-neighbourhood\/\">most consistently underbid GTA neighbourhoods<\/a> in the last two years. This has been attributed to the high price points of the newer luxury custom homes prevalent in this community. Custom homes can be more difficult to set a realistic price for due to a lack of comparable properties with similar features in the area. Last month, Eastlake was the <a href=\"https:\/\/wahi.com\/ca\/en\/learning-centre\/real-estate-101\/buy\/gta-market-pulse-august-2025\/\">most underbid neighbourhood once again<\/a>, with a median underbid amount of -$206,166.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Forest Hill, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wahi.com\/ca\/en\/real-estate\/on\/gta\/toronto\"   title=\"Toronto\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2989\">Toronto<\/a> \u2014 $3,370,000<\/strong><br \/>Forest Hill continues to define old-money Toronto prestige. The median sold price exceeded $3.3 million, and it took fifth place for the top-5 most underbid neighbourhoods in August, posting a median underbid amount of -$158,000. Properties in this community often command premium values for their historic architecture, tree-lined streets, and central location.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wahi.com\/ca\/en\/real-estate\/on\/gta\/halton\/oakville\/old-oakville\"   title=\"Old Oakville\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2999\">Old Oakville<\/a>, Oakville \u2014 $2,700,000<\/strong><br \/>Another Oakville gem, Old Oakville blends heritage charm with modern luxury. Median prices hit $2.7 million in August, and homes here often attract buyers seeking walkable amenities along Lakeshore Road combined with waterfront living.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Hogg\u2019s Hollow, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/wahi.com\/ca\/en\/real-estate\/on\/gta\/toronto\/north-york\"   title=\"North York\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2991\">North York<\/a> \u2014 $2,597,500<\/strong><br \/>Nestled in a ravine setting, Hogg\u2019s Hollow offers luxury with seclusion.
