In February three years ago, house prices in the Greater Toronto<\/a> Area reached all-time highs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since the Greater Toronto Area\u2019s real estate market peaked in early 2022, some neighbourhoods have seen staggering declines in house prices.<\/span><\/p>\n

In fact, in 10 neighbourhoods across the GTA<\/a>, the median sale price of a single-family home fell by 40% in a period of three years.<\/p>\n

This is according to the latest research from Wahi, a Canadian real estate listing website and app. Wahi\u2019s analysis looks at how home prices have evolved between April of 2022 \u2014 near the start of the spring market following the peak \u2014 and April of 2025 across more than 300 neighbourhoods in the GTA.<\/p>\n
