Conservation lands around the Humber River create a natural buffer between the family-owned garden centre, established by John Anga \u2014 who is selling the land because he is retiring \u2014 and the rest of the city, adding to the rural vibe. To Rai, the property’s natural beauty and location are two of its most impressive qualities. <\/span>\u201cYou feel like you\u2019re part of the environment, but you\u2019re five minutes from the city,\u201d she tells Wahi. \u201cYou go to that property and suddenly everything becomes quiet,\u201d she adds.
