In the GTA, homebuyers are wasting no time snapping up family-sized houses \u2014 at least in certain neighbourhoods.<\/span><\/p>\n
So suggests recent Wahi analysis of home sales data for the first quarter of the 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n
Looking at the average number of days that listings remain on the market before selling, Wahi\u2019s latest study found that three-bedroom single-family homes are the fastest-selling type of home in the GTA.<\/span><\/p>\n
Single-family homes \u2014 which in the study include detached and semi-detached houses as well as townhouses \u2014 with three bedrooms took an average of 23 days to sell.<\/span><\/p>\n
